We have forgotten that movement can be enjoyable, that life can be easy. We already knew that, felt it, had it. Our natural state is health, well-being, balance. The current reality is quite far from that. The “natural” state of modern man is illness and pain – physical, mental, emotional, material. To a large extent, this is a reflection of an individual’s movement, thinking, feeling, and habits. The solution lies in an integrated approach. Consciously directing our time, energy, and attention to learning and changing patterns. With the AEQ method and AEQ exercises, the individual consciously directs attention to re-learning and regulating movement, which enables a pleasant, easy and balanced life again. As a teacher of the AEQ method, my task is to pass on my experience and knowledge to all those who want to find and eliminate the causes of your problems, pain or illness, and to improve their overall health preventively or curatively.
