A systemic psychotherapist helps the user to more effectively identify and regulate stress and negatively classified emotions, cope more effectively with self-acceptance, poor self-esteem and depression, and alleviate and teach ways to manage trauma symptoms. Clients gain experience in how they can improve their quality of life with MBSR and mindfulness methods, positive psychology, and empowering their own experience.
